Terms of Service
1. Purpose
Conducteur is an online service for preparing, scheduling and publishing videos to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage. The service is published by Thomas Piot, trading as Situs (“we”). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account (“you”).
2. Access
You must be at least 15 years old and provide a valid email address. The service is free during the beta. Any paid plan will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance and will only apply with your explicit consent. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
3. Connecting platforms
You connect your accounts by signing in directly with TikTok, Instagram (Meta) or Google. We receive an access token limited to the permissions you accept on the platform’s screen. You can disconnect an account at any time from Conducteur or from the platform.
By using the YouTube features of Conducteur, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. When publishing to TikTok or Instagram, you remain subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use, and to their community guidelines.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, text and images you upload. You only grant us the right to store them and send them to the platforms you choose, at the times you set, for the sole purpose of providing the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights (music, footage, people shown) and that your content complies with the law and the platforms’ rules.
Prohibited uses include spam and mass automated posting, impersonation, unlawful content, and any attempt to circumvent a platform’s limits or rules.
5. Publishing
Nothing is published unless you ask for it. For TikTok, you choose the visibility and settings yourself before each post, and posts created through the API must be approved in the app. Platforms may reject, delay or remove a post under their own rules and limits (posts per day, duration, format); we show the reason they give us but cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or go live at the exact minute.
6. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running continuously but cannot guarantee it, especially during the beta. The service relies on third-party APIs that may change or be interrupted. We are only liable for proven fault and only for direct damage. We are not responsible for the content you publish.
7. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is then erased as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or a platform’s rules, after notifying you by email except in urgent cases.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Any material change will be announced by email at least 15 days before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, please contact us first at thomaspiot78@gmail.com; failing an amicable solution, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
